| Field notes | Hill forest on limestone plateau Clustering robust rattan to c.8m. Internode 19cm long. Stem with sheaths 22mm. Sheath dark green with numerous fine brown spines. Flagellum 3.5m. Leaf 115cm long including 22cm petiole. Leaflets 56 each side of rachis, arranged regularly. Inflorescence 1 m long, dead and dry, c.8 partial inflorescences. |
