Field notes Terrestrial on steep slope; leaves rosulate (bird-nest anthurium), up to 1.5 m long; petioles D-shaped with broad rib adaxially, short; midrib triangular above; no other veins than prim. lateral veins visible on upper surface, raised; peduncle to 80 cm long, ± flattened; spathe green, recurved, curled; spadix light brown.
