| Field notes | Terrestrial herb on sandbank in stream; leaves rosulate, petioles U-shaped/triangular with acute margins adaxially; blade elliptic, base cuneate; midrib obtusely raised above, ± triangular with acute rib (almost winged) below; prim. lateral & collective veins raised on both surfaces, collective vein 8 mm from margin; peduncle terete, dark violet; spathe oblong, recurved, dark violet; stipe short; spadix erect, tapered, violet-brown. |
