Field notes Terrestrial; internodes ca. 3 cm long; petioles long, terete; geniculum 2.5 cm long; blade wide ovate, chartaceous, medium green, semiglossy on both surfaces; midrib and basal veins convexly raised above & below; prim. & sec. lateral veins sunken above, raised below; midrib sharply acute below; sinus spathulate; peduncle long; spathe boat-shaped, green; spadix yellow-green, short & stout.
