Field notes Climbing hemiepiphyte; internodes 10-13 cm long, green; green, branched roots below every node; petioles 25-28 cm long, terete, thickened at base; geniculum 2 cm long; blade wide triangular, semicoriaceous, matt above, semiglossy below; only midrib and basal veins raised above; midrib, prim. lateral veins, and collective vein raised below, darker than blade.
