| Field notes | Terrestrial herb; leaves up to 1,5 m long; petioles terete, succulent smooth; midrib & basal veins flat on upper, obtusely prominent on lower surface; primary lateral veins flat to sunken on upper, prominent on lower surface; peduncle terete, 1,4 cm in diameter; spathe green with white margins on outside, red-purple with white margins on inside; male part of spadix cream-pale green, sterile part cream-white, female part green. |
