Locality Mimika regency, PT-freeport Indonesia Concession Area: main road, Mille 12-15. Lowland swamp forest dominated by Pandanus, Campnosperma brevipetiolata, Alstonia spathulata, and metroxylon sagu, on poorly drained alluvium, very rich in hummus with water table at or above soil surface. Also with patches of secondary trees including Anthocephalus, Macaranga, and Ficus along road edges. Forest to 20-25 m tall, rich in epiphytes and climbers.

Field notes East levee near roadside by stream. Epiphyte on subcanopy tree next to Myristica. Stipe black to 2 cm long. Frond to 45 cm long. Lower 22.5 cm free of sori. Soral region to 19.5 cm. Apical soral region to 3-4 cm free of sori.
