| Field notes | Understory, cespitose, liana palm. Stem aerial, 1.5 m long, 0.3 cm thick; internodes 9 cm long, >stem diameter, smooth. Leaves 6 per stem; sheath 16 cm long, closed; petiole 10 cm long, round in cross section; rachis 16 cm long; lamina pinnate, flat; pinnae 3 per side, basal pinna 19 cm, middle pinna 18 cm, apical pinna 17 cm long.
