| Field notes | Caespitose palm, 6 stems in cluster. Bole 4.5 m tall as measured to base of the crownshaft. Diam. of stem 4 cm. Leaf sheath about 50 cm. Petiole 45-50 cm. Rachis 1.25 m. number of leaflets 2x18. Leaves in crown 8. Internodes variable. mature fruits red, 1.0x0.8 mm. |
