| Field notes | Large ginger to 3 m high. Flower pedicels green with a slight white pubescence. Outermost tepal proximally pink, distally white; remaining tepals white; labellum yellow but heavily speckled with red inside. Stamens white but with a yellow tip to the anther; style white. Inflorescence very fragrant. |
