| Field notes | Tree to 5 m. Bark mid-grey-reddish-brown with darker lenticels. Leaves mid-green above; paler beneath with pale russet coloured hairs (dense on the lower surface). Fruits pendant; densely floccose with mixed white and golden-brown hair. Dry dipterocarp forest. |
