| Field notes | Herb to 2 m tall in hillside forest. Rachis and pedicels dull gren, ovary and calyx deep carmine pink, corolla white, base of lip red, stamen pink. Lvs. dull dark green above, paler lighter green below. Ovary in fruit carmine pink. |
