| Field notes | Close clump-forming rattan - 4 stems together. 4-5 leaves/stem. Stems.3-3.5m long. Leaves - petiole mid green, 30-50cm (all of one petiole included). Blade with 14 subopposite pairs of leaflets sometimes grouped into 3s in middle portion of leaf but otherwise more or less evenly spaced or all ± randomly spaced, blade c. 150cm long. Inflorescence modified holdfast. Rachis mid green, bracts mid green with papery lobes. Corolla mid green outside, slightly paler inside. Filaments yellowish green. Anthers brown. Faintly sweet-herb scented. 2 specimens |
