| Field notes | Rhizomes branched to form clusters of several shoots. Aerial shoots to 0.2 m total hight, each w. 0-3 basal leaves. Lvs. papyraceus, somewhat scalloped, above mat green w. somewhat lighter region along midrib, greyish beneth. Leaf sheath sometimes tinged red. Pulvinus light green. Spathes light green. All flower parts pure white; outher staminode bilobed. Inflorescences bending towards ground when fruiting. On wet places |
