Field notes Epiphytic, only branching by the base, shoots 0.5-1.5 m long with the leaves apically congested, calyx green in the flowering stage but becoming enlarged and turning yellow-green with purple lobes in the fruiting stage, corolla yellow, nectary of 3 free and 2 fused glands, berries bluish.
