| Field notes | Herb in shaded, mist forest, basally with long stolons but no scaly rhizomes observed, apparently seasonal as most shoots possess buds apically and old capsules some nodes below, however only a single flower was developed, corolla red outside but yellow ventrally, lobes yellow, basally with purple dots and red along the margin. |
