| Field notes | Small tree. In newly disturbed forest, with tall trees cut, 6 m tall, unbranched. Leaves aggregated in the top of the trunk. Inflorescences orange in top of tree. Leaves 1 m long. Nom. Vern.: Pini colosica (Colorado); Use: For snake bites. Prep.: The leaves are used for a bath. |
