| Field notes | Common herb. On shaded forest floor. Sterile. Leaf more or less reddish beneath. Leaf with a pattern of dark green, light green and more whitish areas above. Use: Used by the women during their menstruation periods. Prep.: The roots are boiled and the decoction is drunk to stop the bleeding. |
