| Field notes | Herb, 20 cm tall. Found together with cultivated plants, but not cultivated. Pale green. Nom. Vern.: Tebo tape (Cayapa); Use: For pains in the heart. Prep.: First the breast of the patient is massaged with the plant. If the mas- sage does not help, the leaves of the plant are mace- rated in cold water and 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture are drunk 3 times a dey. |
