| Field notes | Mid-storey solitary fan palm to 8m, 9cm diameter, internodes 4 cm, pale brown stem, 27 leaves in crown, leaf sheaths with fibrous margins, leaf sheaths to approx 18cm, leaf to 190cm, inc 105cm petiole, mid-section leaflet 79cm and lateral-most segment 79cm and 7cm wide, inflorescences over 90cm, recurving, more than 4 partial inflorescences, branched to 2orders, flowers and fruits fallen.
