| Field notes | Tropical wet forest. 3 specimens within 10 m of one another, understory tree more than 3 m tall, yellow fruits, trunk smooth, oblique leaf scars, fruits from each specimen apparently at different developmental stages, inflorescences at base of leaves, small stilt roots 5-10 cm. |
