Field notes Maasai name: alaimorronyai Decoction of bark and wood is used to mix with soup, particularly used by women after delivery, as it disolve the fat and makes the soup light and easy to digest. Woodpieces used to prolong earholes. It is cold and can be used while the holes are still wounds.
