| Field notes | Maasai name: orkisaen The straight and light steem is used for arrow. It doesn't split easily and has a soft marrow, where it it easy to fasten the iron point. Decoction of c. 6 x 15 x 0,5 cm wide rootpieces are drunk to stop diarrhea. It feels like drinking fat, so one want to vomit. |
