Field notes Herb. Maasai name: olerubat It is the most common kind of shrubs/herbs, called "benek" eaten by the cattle in the Entipesi forest and also the best, but the quality can't be compared with the grasses "enderepenyi" and "emurwa", as it is only eaten because it contains sap.
