| Field notes | Tree, flwoers light green. Maasai name: olodwai ekishu (ekishu means cattle, only used to distinguishes it from the "olodwai" from Oloronyo). May bee wrong plant as explanation of the fruits placement doesn't fit with collection. Grainded seeds are used to provoke diarrhea to treat all kind of "gonorrhea", particularly "bone-gonorrhoea" and hookworms. Around two spoons are used. Can be mixed with water, milk or ox urine, the last is the strongest, warriors may use it with blood. |
