Field notes Tree, 20 m high, slash dark brown/light brown, smell like disinfectants. Vernacular name: nogal. Use: the wood is good for construction, it is strong and waterresistant. Medicine for children with weak muscles: the leaves are used in bath, the bark is used to dye cloth in brown colors.
