| Field notes | Leaves in roset, flowers red with green tip. Maasai name: esuguroi (small) osúguroi (big). Steem used for fermentation of honeybeer, called "enaisho". Sap dropped in the ears for pain in the ears. William ole Seki: Used for rheumatism, leaves are heated and stepped on by the patient. |
