| Field notes | 4 m high shrub, not able to support itself. Maasai name: olesupeni (supen ~ young female) Decoction of root is mixed with soup or drunk as tea mixed with milk. It helps to cure pain in the back, can be used by everybody, even though mostly drunk by women. Not known by Lepilal ole Nakuroi. |
