| Field notes | Collected in temporary boma, yet abandoned as the grass now is infected by "engeti", carried by the wildebeest. Maasai name: enaimurruai (big), engaimurruai (small) inaimurrwa (small, plural) ( ~ the one growing in "emurwa", a site for bomas) Used to tie around the wrist to protect against snakebites, particularly used by women and children. |
