| Field notes | Herb, flowers blue, it grows often in sites protected from grassing. Maasai name: engáiteteyai (singular), ingáiteteya (plural). Only used in accordance to prescription by the specialist in medicine "oloiboni". The prescription can be as follows: use a decoction to wash the body or mix it with "entasimi" and share it with people in your own boma. |
