| Field notes | Herb. Maasai name: orkurishashi Used for all kind of "gonorrhoea". 4-5 roots 1/2 cm thick is boiled together with head and hooves of a sheep for 3 hours as head need to boil long time, each person drink one litre of the soup. Can be used together with other species used to mix with meat soup. It is neither red nor bitter and doesn't provoke vomiting or diarrhoea. Not of same quality as "iloodwa". |
