| Field notes | Tree. Maasai name: armang'wai Wood used for small carved chairs. Fruits good and eaten by everybody. Dried (has to be dried) bark used for "olomelok" to make the milk go further. A piece as an open hand is boiled in two litre of water and mixed with 2 litre of milk. Not as good for "olomelok" as "orupande". No medicinal use. William ole Seki: Used to make beehives. |
