| Field notes | Herb, growing in cultivated area, flowers green. Maasai name: olesáyet Root used for bothe kind of "gonorrhea". Mixed with soup made of head or hooves of sheep or cattle, which is boiled one night. Six root are boiled one hour and mixed with the meatsoup and suits for 2-4 persons, each shall at least have 1 litre of the medicine. Not boiled together with the meat, as it makes it impossibly to eat. |
