| Field notes | Shrub, flowers white. Maasai name: enkiloke ekerr The red decoction of the root is used to mix with meat soup. A bundle as big as two hands is boiled in 5 litre of water for one hour, can be used alone or together with other species. Used because it disolve fat and stimulate digestion. It is not of so good to stimulate digestion as "orkonyil" and "alchani lorpurkel", but better than "alchani lenkache" |
