| Field notes | Shrubs to 8 m. Leaves persistent. Leaves 60 cm long, 12 cm broad. Ca. 36 leaves per rosette. Perimeter of stem and old leaves about 170 cm, length 110 m. Old indivi- duals have 18-20 circles of old inflorescences. Ray florets yellow, central florets yellow to brownish. |
