| Field notes | Clustering rattan climbing to 10 m. Diameter of stems with sheaths 23 mm, without sheaths 13 mm. Internodes to 30 cm long. Longest leaves to 3.4 m long, incl. petiole 30 cm long, and cirrus 80 cm long, with 20 pinnae on each side of the rachis. Pinnae regularly spaced except distally. Leaves gradually decreasing in size towards the apex. Specimen should be cited as A Bogh 42736. |
