| Field notes | Caespitose female individual with 8 stems, some erect, others procumbent, tallest one app. 3.5 m, leaves inserted up to 1.2 m above the ground. leaves 3-5 pr. stem, lamina pinnately divided in 73 pinnae on each side; largest pinna 61 x 4.5 cm; petiole 40 cm long, to 2 cm in diam. Style residual on fruits 4 cm long, with 4 to 5 stigmas being each 3-4 cm long; wilted tepals 8-10 cm long, jutting out between fruits |
