| Field notes | Cultivated tree. Bark caracteristic greyish green with big, light spots. Local names "Sacha inchi", "Maní (grande) del monte". This species said to be distinguisable from another lo- cal species - "Loro inchi" - by having longer leaves, bigger growth and seeds and by demanding more time for reaching fruiting stage.
