| Field notes | Herb, 2.20 high. Leaves papery, glossy green above, ebneath dull and very pale silvery green. One side with 15 mm wide pale purple margin. Peduncle pink to white. Pedicel white. Flowers pale pink. Staminodes yellow. Bracts pale pink. In fruits the pedicel red and 8 mm in diam. Outer tepals persistent, forming a 8 mm long pink beak.' |
