| Field notes | Liana, 4 m high. Leaves papery, upper side slightly glossy, dark green, lower side dull, grey-green. Bracts pale green with pale purple spots. Sepals transparent white. Petals white. Style white. Fruits with up to 3 lobes, heart-shaped from aside, 15x15 mm, immature dark green, mature orange. seeds black with a white basal aril. Associated materials: spirit collection (flower and fruit). |
