| Field notes | Open to partly shaded cliffs and outcrops in the mostly primary evergreen forest with some Pinus kesiya mixed; granite rocks scandent; basal diameter 8 cm (seen as a treelet 2 m tall, basal diameter 10 cm nearby); bark thin, grey-blackish; inflorescence axes and bracts green; calyx lighter green; standard & wings violet with dark red venation; standard inside with a pale cream-whitish blot above claw; keel: upper 1/2 light violet whitish, lower part more whitish, anthers cream, filaments white; pistil green; pods dry; leaflets green above, lighter green below |
