| Field notes | Peduncle scales, bracts, calyx pink-red, bracts less often green; corolla, lip, staminodes white; connective and crest yellow; locules tan; blades dark green above. Pale light greenish underneath; roots usually with globose to subglobose tubers, tan outside, whitish inside, up to c. 4 x 3 cm when fresh. |
