| Field notes | Leaf stems 2 m tall with 15-20 leaves, lowest 2 leaves very reduced; rhizome to lowest leaf c. 50 cm, corolla pinkish-white; stamen, staminoides, lip white; lip with a yellow mid streak and a red line on each side of it. |
