| Field notes | Leaf stems 1.0-.15 m tall with 10-12 leaves, the lowest 1 or 2 reduced; rhizome to lowset leaf 50-75 cm; inflor. on rhizome, ground level, bracts light greenish-whitish, tips pinkish, corolla staminoides, stamen, lip white; lip with a yellow mid streak with red lines on each side. |
