| Field notes | Climbing 10-15 m in the undergrowth and in the understory of the evergreen forest; leaves c. 2 m long with a terminal cirrus c. 1.0 m long; petiole 20-30 cm long; fruit brown; staminate inflor. On flagelium 2-3 m long; otherwise no flagella; entire plant dry. Cut in December 1975. |
