| Field notes | Abundant palm in undisturbed forest remnants, 10 m high, solitary. Observed to 21 m high. Stem to 17 cm in diameter. Leaves spirally arranged, 2-3.5 m long. Pinnae in groups of 5-7(-8). Fruit green, hairy. |
