| Field notes | Tree, to at least 10 m high. Trunk to 2 m long and 40 cm wide. Stem-joints 30-70 X 8-11 cm. Ribs 4-6, 2-4 cm high, separated by concave to trigonous intervals. Spines weak and inconspicuous, except sometimes on trunk. Wood collection available at AAU. |
