| Field notes | Epiphyte in tree, much branched toward basis, climbering with aerial roots, some of which reach the ground, plant about 3 m in diameter. Stems 0.5-1.5 m long, 2-6 cm thick, ligh green, getting woody. Ribs 3, 1-3 cm high. New areoles whith a little greyish wool, soon naked. Spines brown, getting paler. |
