| Field notes | Creeping on the rocks or growing upright through dense vegetation. Joint about 5 cm thick (hard conditions). Ribs about 14. Flower about 6.5 cm long, carmin red. Style 1 cm shorter than apex of receptacle. Limb 2 cm wide. Filament and anther violet. Receptacle-tube covered with relative dense, dark greyish hairs. |
