| Field notes | Tree 25-30 m with tiny buttresses, very slender stem unbranched for nearly 3/4 of the length. Bark whitish. Stipule 18-20 cm, pale yellowish green, densely pubes- cent of silvery hairs. Calyx tube and wings first green (pale), later turning red to brownish red. In- florescence moderatly branched. Rachis and branchlets brownish pubescent. |
